With so many new arrivals last week, we didn’t have a lot of space for new items this week. Never the less, of course there still were new arrivals!
New antique furniture arrivals included: mahogany Empire dresser, mahogany etagere, colonial parlour table, set of 4 outdoor stacking chairs, converted walnut radio cabinet/bar, double mahogany bed, aluminum porch swing, tall square cast iron work station, pair cast iron end tables, pair Muskoka chairs, and more.
New antique non furniture arrivals included: 19th century mirror, BA gas can, large planter, cream can, early wood and iron factory loading cart, gilt framed needlepoint picture, porcelain planter, assorted vintage garden stakes, 18” resin figurine, 65piece Royal Albert Memory Lane china set, 3 hallway light fixtures, newel post, 2 watercolours, assorted paintings, onyx parrot, lots of glass, crystal, and china, floral china cake plate, Oliver Twist china soap box, large blue glass vase and jug, 34 assorted cups and saucers, and more.
There is a photo below of a single cup and saucer. This is a rare piece that arrived this past week. It is Sevres, from Vincennes, double Louis, or crossed L., marked with a V., which makes it from 1774. It’s amazing that something 247 years old can be in such pristine condition.
