Well, it was hot this past week, as I’m sure everyone reading this is aware. So, we move a little slower is this kind of weather, but we still managed to get a bunch of new arrivals into The Barn.
New antique furniture arrivals included: fantastic Gibbard tea wagon, pair mahogany lamp tables, vintage rocker, Windsor rocker, oak lift seat hall bench, oak & iron chess table, pair of living room chairs painted black, oval Drexel dining table from the Travis Court Collection, Empire games table, 2 walnut parlour tables[1 square, 1 rectangular],Duncan Phyfe vitrine, set of 4 mahogany Queen Anne chairs, vintage folding 3piece patio set, Heintzman phonograph cabinet, fantastic oak Morris chair, 4 red Colonial chairs, oak piano stool, sewing cabinet, teak rocking chair, nice solid oak washstand with harp, French accent chair, 2 section oak barrister’s bookcase, and more.
New antique non-furniture arrivals included: world globe on stand, 1880’s French bayonet[signed & dated], 6 framed Bartlett prints, copper boiler, assorted flatware including 11piece lobster set, 6 flo blue soup bowls, collection of 42 monarchy commemorative cups-1837 to present, more commemorative coronation items, large decorated milk glass fruit bowl, various sets of glasses & some cut glass goblets, 3 odd snow shoes, porcelain planters, 2 cy blades, Thomas & Williams brass miners lamp, copper & brass kettles, carboy, large gilt frame[31” x 37”], miscellaneous crystal[bowls, vases, baskets, etc.], and of course more.
